Payment-We accept all major credit cards through paypal. You DO NOT have to sign up for a paypal account to pay by paypal. Its just like any othe normal secure checkout.
Shipping Time-Items will arrive based on the shipping method selected. We ship via USPS for shipping times and methods feel free to visit their site for more information. In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud we only ship orders to the credit card billing address. If you would like to have your order shipped to an alternate address please email us before ordering. Otherwise this can and will cause a delay with your order.
Return Policy-We have a 14 day return policy that starts on the day you receive your product. Any damaged or defective items will be replaced with new ones if available otherwise a refund will be made minus the S/H charges. We do not pay for the buyers return shipping charges under any circumstances other than if we send the wrong product.
Email-Feel free to email us at any time with questions We generally respond within 24-48 hours during the week. We are closed on the weekends therefore emails sent during the weekend or holidays will be answered the following Monday or buisness day.
Order tacking-Once an order is placed, customers will receive a confirmation email. Once the order is shipped another email will be sent with the tracking information. Customers can log into their accounts to check tracking information as well as view past orders.
